What you’ll do

The Team Coach is the team member who carries the responsibility for the team’s continuous improvement. It means reacting to outside requests regarding how the team works, and proactively organizing improvement within the team.
 
Team support
  • Create and facilitate regular meetings
  • Run regular team building events / initiatives
  • Enable knowledge sharing
Create, maintain and improve team processes
  • Set up the organizational processes
  • Involve themselves in the company organizational topics across teams and departments (proactively and communicating back to the team) 
  • Ensure and improve on communication and collaboration (tools, methods, processes)
  • Enable continuous improvement of all process by running regular retrospectives and acting on the results
  • Track team velocity, burndown, lead time, identify bottlenecks and enable the team to act on them
Enable cross-company collaboration
  • Involve the right stakeholders in decision making, conflict management, and review of things done
  • Anticipating and addressing obstacles
  • Support the team in cross-company collaboration

 What we expect
