eyeo has colleagues based all over the world. We practice agile and work in distributed, cross-functional teams that span nearly every timezone. Many of our tech teams prefer to work asynchronously.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager on the Direct Accounts team, you will be responsible for some of the most revenue-driving key accounts.

After your morning coffee, you'll be expected to...

  • Owning the relationships with assigned accounts and working on strengthening those:
  • Frequently meeting partners to ensure best possible relationships
  • Developing a good understanding of each partner’s business standings
  • Together with the Technical Account Manager, assisting and consulting partners about best practices and growth of monetization opportunities within the Acceptable Ads Ecosystem
  • Collaborating with a Business Intelligence Analyst on the prioritization of the team’s roadmap
  • Creation and execution of development plans for owned and prioritized accounts based on insights
  • Reaching out to new prospects, driving those through the sales funnel and leading negotiations with new and existing partners
  • Proactively monitoring the trends in the respective market segments
  • Ensuring, all partner-related data is documented in the provided tooling


What you bring to the table…

  • At least 5 years experience with sales in ad tech or online publishing or the demand-side of online advertising (preferably all)
  • Experience in a global organization active on different markets
  • Great knowledge of the Russian digital media and ad tech markets
  • Proven track record (e.g. contacts network)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal
  • Good networker that establishes relations and a good communication flow across business areas with ease 
  • Accustomed to working with modern tooling, e.g. Jira, Confluence, chat, etc.
  • Independent but team-oriented work style

It's awesome, but not required, if you have…

  • Experience with agile organisations
  • Knowledge about ad blocking and web monetisation solutions, e.g. paywalls, etc.
