eyeo has colleagues based all over the world. We love our diversity and our company culture. We practice an agile, remote workstyle with work distributed in cross-functional teams that span nearly every timezone. Many of our tech teams prefer to work asynchronously. If working remotely isn’t for you, we also have two offices (Cologne and Berlin) that you can choose to work from. Twice a year we come together with our teams for Team Days and once a year we offer an offsite company retreat, Summer Week. What you'll do

You will be part of the commercial team of User Growth Unit (UGU). The UGU is responsible for growing our user base as well as managing our technology. 

Our Partner Success team’s sole mission is to ensure partner success through alignment of our solutions with the partners defined strategy and mission, increase adoption, and expand eyeo’s software product footprint with the partner. This role will report to the Vice President Partnerships.

As our Sr. Account Director, you will be responsible for driving partner adoption and expansion success by engaging broadly across the partner organization. You will proactively identify engagement priorities on accounts to focus efforts based on value, perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe. You are responsible for managing continuous high renewals, growing our accounts, and influencing the long-term future value of strategic accounts. The end result is increased partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion of the eyeo User base.

After your morning coffee, you'll be expected to...

  • Know the partners business goals, and establish a trusted advisor relationship
  • Ensure every strategic account in your territory has a strategic account plan, which represents all relevant eyeo products and services
  • Support the definition of the unique value for each strategic account through value-based selling, identifying both partners known and unknown needs and providing ROI analyses
  • Introduce relevant partners of eyeo to the partners to help drive stickiness within the strategic accounts
  • Serve as a champion of the strategic accounts across the company
  • Work directly with sales leaders and account managers to drive development and execution of the strategic account plan
  • Increase renewal rates 
  • Work with the partner and internal teams to ensure the partner is maximizing the value they get from eyeo products.
  • Enlist the support of partner support and product management to ensure partner satisfaction and timely problem resolution
  • Ensure our relationships within strategic accounts are deep and broad, for long-term stability and User growth, and joint success
  • Define metrics,, to monitor the overall health of partner relationships
  • Ensure there is a robust partner feedback loop, to identify risks to partner satisfaction and churn risks.
  • Host monthly cross-functional internal reviews of the strategic accounts and ensure quarterly reviews are held with the partners
  • Drive continuous improvement and establish new best practices in partner relationship management

What you bring to the table…

  • Strong experience in partner ownership roles or other relevant experience
  • Exceptional track record of results in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of building relationships and working with executives and other business decision makers
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to discuss technology solutions 
  • Ability to work as a team player, across functions, to champion partner needs while maintaining alignment with eyeo goals
  • Passion and ability to inspire and influence others, both internally and externally
  • A strong communicator with and high emotional intelligence
  • A high-integrity individual and a self-starter that can work efficiently, managing multiple priorities and executing with speed
