eyeo has colleagues based all over the world. We love our diversity and our company culture. We practice an agile, remote workstyle with work distributed in cross-functional teams that span nearly every timezone. Many of our tech teams prefer to work asynchronously. If working remotely isn’t for you, we also have two offices (Cologne and Berlin) that you can choose to work from. Twice a year we come together with our teams for Team Days and once a year we offer an offsite company retreat, Summer Week. As a member of the Executive Management team and reporting to the CEO, the VP will be responsible for supporting the company’s growth in strategy development, operational excellence and corporate development.
This leader will also act as the eyeo Board Secretary.
After your morning routine, you'll be expected to...
- Partner with all eyeo leaders to devise/review strategy and ensure its attainment
- Develop and maintain KPIs, processes & tools to successfully execute strategy
- Support transformation initiatives within the group (e.g. organizational changes)
- Create and manage best-in-class sales operations activities
- Manage international team of Strategy & Operations and Sales Operations managers
- Define and ensure appropriate corporate governance
- Manage compliance function
- Coordinate and contribute to search for M&A targets
- Lead Post-Merger Integration projects
- Liaise continuously between communications and senior management teams to ensure a cohesive messaging (e.g. on company strategy, on-going projects, etc.)
- As Secretary of eyeo Board, prepare and document Board's meetings and minutes
- Traveling for business purposes (up to 20% of the working time)
What you bring to the table…
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in business operations, and/or strategy/corporate development, and/or strategy/operations consulting
- Successful track of record as strategy and operations leader
- An unrelenting passion for improving operations and processes
- Solid understanding of the software and technology industry
- Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, and analysis skills required
- Bachelor’s degree required
It's awesome if you know about…
- Professional experience in both Europe and the US
- Expertise in online advertising technology, online publishing, and/or web browsers
- Board experience
- MSc/MBA in business administration or relevant field
